Tips untuk cili padi tahan lama

Assalamualaikum semua, 

Selamat Pagi =)

hari ni nak share satu tips yg sangat2 simple. 

Mungkin dah ramai yg tahu, tapi tetap nak share jugak .:D

Kadang2 kalau kita beli cili padi hijau or merah yg kecik2 tu, kat tesco or kat Aeon, dorang jual dalam plastik kecik2 kan. Pastu, balik rumah, kita terus masukkan dalam fridge. 

Selang beberapa hari nak guna, kita bawa keluar tengok the chilies dah mula layu , berair and even sometime jadi lendir hitam. 

Terus rasa ruginya beli, dah x leh guna. 

Sejak 2 tahun sudah, I pernah terbaca kat blog mana tak ingat dah, kalau nak pastikan cili padi tahan lama, sebelum simpan, kita buang dulu batang cili tu. 

Dan kalau ada daun2 masih lekat kat batang cili tu, kita buang sekali.

Dah lama aim nak rasa minum teh dan hot choc from Whittard Chelsea ni. 

Brand from UK since 1886. 

Junior sekolah yg duduk kat UK bukak order untuk Whittard terus I pon order. 

Order 4 tin terus. Kalau ikut kan hati nak order lagi banyak, tp hahha, lari bajet den. 

I order Dreamtime Tea. Yang ni rasa dia vanilla, apricot and honey. Memang nyaman sgt bila minum especially time tgh rasa nak marah.Hahah, menenangkan jiwa gitu. 

Yang Lemon & Lime pulak, rasa dia refreshing. Masam2 gitu.
Tapi sesuai je ngn selera I. yang suka minum flavoured tea ni.

Then tin ketiga I order  Turkish Apple. This one is my husband's fav. 

Almost tetiap malam dia minum ni lepas dinner before bedtime. 

I mmg tau dia peminat Turkish Apple, so order se tin purposely untuk dia. 

Hot Choc tu I order yg luxury. Mmg pekat and pahit. Tapi sbb dah campur gula dlm campuran tu so sedap sgt jadinya. Nak bancuh hot choc ni, I panaskan susu . then letak 3 sudu kecik (or sesuka hati) serbuk hot choc tu. Kacau2, terus minum panas2.. sedap sgt. 

And to my concern, hot choc ni jadi milk booster untuk I. 

By the way instant tea ni dalm bentuk serbuk tau. bukan uncang, sperti yg I ingt memula dulu.hahah

Halaman Dhuha Family Day 2016 di Limastiga, Melaka

Untuk julung kalinya, family in law saya buat hari keluarga. Dah lama plan nya, dari awal tahun lagi. 

Tempat yg dipersetujui ialah Limastiga, Melaka. 

Villa Limastiga ni kategori premium villa atau premium homestay. 

Nak sewa tempat ni, kena sewa the whole villas. Agak costly tapi worth it sebab selesa dan yg ada di situ cuma ahli keluarga kita sahaja. 

Facilities semua kita yg punya tak perlu sharing dengan orang lain. 

Perjalanan ke Melaka bermula hari Sabtu, 1 october 2016. Kami bertolak sekitar 9pg dari Perak. 

Cranberry Choc Chip Oat Cookies

Assalamualaikum wbt, 

Last weekend, I have tried new cookie's recipe. Purposely to help me sustain my milk production and to promote healthy eating among the family member. 

Using whatever left at home, I made cranberry choc chip cookie. It's easy and cheaper compare to the one in the market. Apsal cakap english je ni. :P

Resepi nya I google je. And cari mana yg paling senang.

Iyaadh Hafiy, the first 3 months

Sorry Iyaadh sayang, umi have not update anything about you yet. 

Umi promises will update more frequent lepas ni. 

Your milestone needs to be recorded in this dear blog of mine, sama mcm abang dan kakak jugak. 

Ok let's have an overview of my little Iyaadh Hafiy. 

Ok nama diberi as mentioned above. Bermaksud, Sokongan yang mulia. 

He is indeed the ultimate support system our family is needed. 

Lepas ayah dia register PhD, I confirm pregantkan Iyaadh.

and Iyaadh lahir almost a year after ayahnya bergelar student PhD at the same time still working. 

So, we decided that he is his daddy's supporter through out daddy's PhD journey, perhaps umi's too. 

That is how you got your name Iyaadh sayang. 

He was delivered through Emergency Operation, sama macam abang kakaknya jugak. 

Just that, everything sgt cepat dan mudah masa proses melahirkan Iyaadh. 

Cuma, pain after operation tu beyond my words la. 

It makes me rasa x mau bersalin lagi lepas ni. 

Only within a month later, I changed my mind, to add another kid lepas Iyaadh dah besar nanti.

Hahhaha, cannot resist the cuteness of newborn. 

Feels like eating them! Lol. 

We had our pantang in Bukit Mertajam for about a month before we come back to our mansion in Seri Iskandar. 

So, you were about a month when you first travel. No problem at all. 

Tidur all the way. Easy peasy baby.

28 Hari di NICU

Assalamualaikum semua, 

Kalian masih ingat pada arwah Zarifa si Wildan Syurga ? 

Kalau dah lupa atau tak pernah tahu pasal si Wildan Syurga ini, jemputlah scroll ke entry2 lama saya berkaitan #Zarifa ku sayang

Saya minta maaf awal2 sekiranya sesiapa yg membaca entry2 lama tersebut, mengalir air matanya. Apakan daya, mmg ini kisah sedih tp penuh pengajaran dan kecintaan. 

Setahun sudah berlalu pemergian si Wildan Syurga ini, ayah Zarifa sendiri telah berjaya menulis sebuah buku mengenai perkongsian hidup yg Allah pinjamkan antara beliau dan isterinya dengan Zarifa. 

Buku yg bertajuk 28 Hari di NICU. 

My 3rd Birth Story

Alhamdulillah, I dah selamat melahirkan anak ketiga pada 29 June 2016 yang lepas. Tarikh EDD mengikut kiraan haid patutnya pada 20 July 2016 (Genap 40 weeks). But, since I already had two previous Emergency Cesarean, we scheduled the 3rd operation on the 8th July, Friday which will be the 3rd day of Syawal. Dengan niat, I dapat habiskan berpuasa seterusnya dapat beraya sekejap sebelum berpantang. Date scheduled operation tu patutnya pada 38 minggu 2 hari.

Tapi, kita kan merancang, Allah yg menentukannya. Walaupun dah plan untuk elective cesarean operation kali ni, I still have to go through the labor process jugak! Oh sayang nya Allah pada diriku, dapat lagi merasa sakitnya contraction (walaupun tak lama kali ni), dapat jugakla menghapuskan dosa2 kecilku..mudah mudahan.

Al kisahnya mcm ni...

28 June- Selasa
Already on my day 2 of medical leave. So I stayed at my parents' in Penang. Habiskan berpuasa di Penang dan get ready for delivery.  I cook spaghetti bolognese for berbuka. I mintak ayah carikan air tebu or air kelapa utk berbuka sebab tiba2 je rasa teringin sangat nak minum either one of it. masa ni husband dah balik ke Perak. I stayed at my parents' with Ilyaas and Imani.
I repeatedly went to toilet for big business about 5 times on this day.

29 June- Rabu
Bangun sahur as usual. Mak cook something simple sebab gas habis. I eat a lot, tambah 2 kali waktu sahur. After sahur, went to loo again for big business. Waited for mak to go to work and I continued my sleep. At 9.30ish am, feel like sakit perut memulas. I know it might be contraction but I ignored it coz still sleepy. At 10am, Imani woke me up and I still have the sakit perut. Ignore lagi sbb dari yesterday asyik pergi toilet. Went to toilet to give bath to Imani and suddenly I felt something running in between my legs. Clear water! Oh, this must be my amniotic fluid! terus jerit panggil my dad but he was not around at that time. I quickly gave bath to Imani and tried to call my husband. He's not picking up the phone. Called my mum and told her immediately. Dad returned home and got panicked after I told him that my water bag already leaking and need to go to hospital soon. Called department's secretary to ask her to inform my husband since I can't reach his phone.
Went to loo one last time for big business before going to hospital.
At 11am something, we went to KPJ BM. Straight to emergency department.
Near 12pm, I was wheeled to labor room. Husband started his journey back to Penang.

Did CTG. contraction quite strong by now.
Insert urine bag tube.
Insert line on my left hand. So sakit!
Meet anesthetist
Signed all the needed documents.
Change bed.
Strolled to OT. saw my mum on my way to OT. She kissed my forehead.
I started shivering.
Get half body bius. Not so sakit like inserting the line earlier. Surprisingly sebab everybody told me it is sakit.
They (doctors and nurses) setting up the operation.
Asked me few questions and they began.
Can smell fire and blood and flesh. My own blood and flesh.
Smell hangit too.
Nurses pressing my tulang rangka to pull out baby.
Baby cried! I said Alhamdulillah. Anes was with me all the way.
This time around, I requested to bring along my spectacles to OT.
So that I can wear it during skin to skin contact.
They put my spectacle on me and gave me the baby.
So putih and red!
Alhamdulillah...

I am now a mother of three children. Masha Allah...Syukur ...
