Norwegian Apple Cake

Assalamualaikum , 

Happy Monday!
Since I am still under the blues and don't know what to type for my thesis, I will begin typing in my blog dulu, then, move on to more serious writing issues which required my mind to thing scientifically (ayat poyo saja)

Been inspired by Pienkcat. Blogspot since years back, I always follow her updates on recipes. Memang best! Each of the pictures she posted on her blog, buat I rasa nak kena masak mcm dia..hahahah. inspired gituhhh..

So, this Norwegian Apple Cake recipe is actually I tiru from her blog. Btw, her presentation is a lot better than my first try ni... lagipun setting gambar2 dia mmg mcm photoshoot utk magazine dah...

Nak buat apple cake ni, mmg senang sgt.. Bahan-bahan dia:-


- 100g butter
-180g castor sugar (tambah kalau suka manis)
-100ml fresh milk
-180g tepung 
-2 sudu teh baking powder
-2 biji telur size besar (kalau telur kecik, guna 3)
-1/2 biji epal (dlm gambar 3 sebagai hiasan)


Cara nak buat Norwegian Apple Cake ni pulak....follow gambar2 amatur kat bawah ni



1. Pukul telur and gula selama 7-10minit

sampai warna adunan tu pucat mcm ni

At the same time, panaskan kuali atas dapur...
2. cairkan butter and susu
tak perlu sampai mendidih...


3. sambil adunan dalam mixer berpusing, campurkan sedikit sedikit campuran butter and susu sampai habis
4. kacau sampai sebati..


5. tak ada gambar.
Kena ayak tepung dgn baking powder. 
Lepas tu campur dlm mixer..
campur sikit2
dan pukul dlm beberapa saat je bagi sebati..


6. Tuang adunan dalam baking dish. 
sapu butter dulu kat keliling baking dish tu. 
 masa ni panaskan oven for 10minutes. 

Note: adunan ni sgt cair

7. Potong epal kepada hirisan halus2
dan susun mcm gambar ni

kalau nak potong dadu pastu tabur dalam adunan pon ok. tak de masalah. 
lagi byk rasa epal dlm kek ni

8. Bakar dlm oven for 30-40minit suhu 180 degrees celcius



Siap...rupa dia mcm ni

I rasa mcm tak jadi...sebab kek dia padat tapi rasa light and tak berapa manis..

tp ikut kata pienkcat, mmg rasa dia mcm bahulu sikit. 

so jadi la  kot..hahahha

tapi kena improve lagi perhaps kena pukul telur tu lama sikit
lagipun i pakai tepung gandum je sbb takde baking flour dkt rumah, 
kalau guna baking flour mesti kek dia lebih sedap...
