Bila pregnant, masuk 3rd trimester (7 months and beyond), nurse/doctor will ask us to start kira pergerakan baby dalam perut.
Masa 1st and 2nd pregnancy, I kira manually, means bila rasa baby gerak, take note. Kadang2 terlupa jugak. Especially bila busy sgt dekat office (masa anak sulung la). Sometime, terus catat dalam buku rekod kehamilan tu, but that means I kena always bawa buku rekod kehamilan ke mana-mana je.
Untuk 3rd baby, baru tergerak hati untuk search apps yg suitable for this kind of situation. Kalau tak, macam tak ingat nak monitor berapa banyak baby gerak and I don't want to bring my pink book everywhere in my handbag (not yet!).
So, I have been using this KICKME Apps since 8 weeks ago.
Lebih mudah la sebab kita selalu bawa hp ke mana-mana je.
Setiap kali rasa baby kicking, terus rekod dalam apps ni.
I biasanya kira minimum kicks je which are 10 kicks in 12 hours.
So far, ada jugak la ter-miss kira sehari atau dua, especially bila travel gi KL.
Sebab bila dah travel gi KL, pergi shopping complex etc, xsempat dah nak pegang hp, kena pegang tangan anak2 je.. tp I monitor sendiri2 je la dalam hati.
Best apps ni sebab kita boleh tengok balik rekod sebelum ni.
Leh check bila active hour.
For my baby ni, paling aktif mmg pukul 11-12 kadang2 ke pukul 1.
Lepas zuhur, dia tidur-tidur ayam,
Yang longest session tu I lupa nak stop kan session for that particular day, sampai jadi more than 24 hours counting the kicks:D
So far, average I start count arnd 8.30 to 9am and will stop counting antara pukul 4.30 to 6pm.
Sometimes, more, especially during weekend cause occupied dengan kerja2 rumah, lupa nak kira or sometime, bangun lambat. :D
In general, I would suggest this apps la untuk menggantikan bawa buku rekod kehamilan ke mana sahaja demi pengiraan kicking baby.
