Mother's Day 2013

This is how I feels for this year Mother's Day. Ok, the fact of 'young' not really applicable with me, but hey, 26 is not that old kan? I gave birth to my first one at 24, and second one at 25 going 26.
I stopped working in an international O&G company to pursue my dreams. I bring along my first one, and my second one comes and join us in the middle of the way.
It is so true, both of the didn't take away my future, they bring me a new one, a wider options, a bigger opportunity to explore, and in fact the bring me more loves, more courage, more support, more inner spirit, more future-thinking-me and more-cautious-person. Despite all the struggles myself and your dad  have to go through to make sure both of you are comfortable and get enough of what you need, despite the times I have to stay-awake (like putting on stick in my eyes to make sure they are wide awake) to breastfeed both of you, to sings selawat and some lullabies to make you feel comfy, despite the nerve-wrecking moment when you Ilyaas been attacked by febrile fits, despite moments where I have to abandon my research and focus on you two, moments where I have to decline many friends invitation to be with you, and top of all, despite all the pains I have to bear with to deliver both you, I love you both so dearly. Without you two, I am not a mother and I can't been so honored to celebrate this beautiful Mother's Day.

*Happy Mother's Day to my biological mum, Jamilah Mohd Sutan Marican and my mother in law, Wan Hafsah Wan Mohamad. Thank You for giving birth to me and to my husband, for raising us up, for loving us without boundary, we love you*

And

HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY TO ALL MY READERS WHO IS A MOTHER OR GOING TO BE A MOTHER SOON...

Here is for us...Superwoman by Alicia Keys

Everywhere I'm turning
Nothing seems complete
I stand up and I'm searching
For the better part of me
I hang my head from sorrow
state of humanity
I wear it on my shoulders
Gotta find the strength in me

Cause I am a Superwoman
Yes I am
Yes she is
Even when I'm a mess
I still put on a vest
With an S on my chest
Oh yes
I'm a Superwoman

For all the mothers fighting
For better days to come
And all my women, all my women sitting here trying
To come home before the sun
And all my sisters
Coming together
Say yes I will
Yes I can

Cause I am a Superwoman
Yes I am
Yes she is
Even when I'm a mess
I still put on a vest
With an S on my chest
Oh yes
I'm a Superwoman

When I'm breaking down
And I can't be found
And I start to get weak
Cause no one knows
Me underneath these clothes
But I can fly
We can fly, Oh

Cause I am a Superwoman
Yes I am
Yes she is
Even when I'm a mess
I still put on a vest
With an S on my chest
Oh yes
I'm a Superwoman
